The MIND Members Convention 2025 marks five years of our growing, mission-driven community. We invite all members, and those considering joining, to come together for a day of reflection, connection, and forward-thinking.

Much has happened since our last Members Convention in 2024: new formats have emerged, our network is expanding, and the MIND Members Association has become a more vital and participatory part of the MIND Foundation than ever before. This Convention offers a space to learn what’s new, shape what’s next, and celebrate what we’ve built together.

Program Highlights

Pre-Convention Workshop: 

Resonance : From Theory to Measurement, System, and Application

11:00–13:30 | With Dr. Till Kastendieck & Bastin Jafari
Explore how resonance can serve as a model for connection, setting, and transformation – in science, therapy, and society. This interactive workshop includes four hands-on modules drawing from philosophy, psychology, systems theory, and practical application.

In this pre-convention workshop, Dr. Till Kastendieck and Bastin Jafari invite you to explore to what extent resonance is more than a theoretical construct. According to sociologist-philosopher Hartmut Rosa, it is defined as a relational mode of existence characterized by mutual affection and transformation. In four interactive workshop sessions, we explore 

(1) what resonance is from a philosophical and psychological perspective, how it relates to other fundamental concepts such as emotion and empathy, 

(2) whether resonance can be measured with scientific methods, 

(3) can be scaled with technology in collaborative, democratic and pluralistic systems, and
