PhD Tomasz Wieczorek
Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist
Tomasz Wieczorek, MD, PhD, is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and researcher based in Poland. He studied at the Wrocław Medical University, where he also completed his PhD at the Department of Psychiatry, and trained in psychotherapy at the Department of Psychotherapy at the Jagiellonian University Medical College. He is a graduate of the APT Training at the MIND Foundation (group ENG 22) and currently provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in ambulatory settings in Poland.
His research focuses on sleep medicine, psychosomatics, and neurostimulation in the treatment of mental disorders. He is a co-author of numerous scientific articles published in international and domestic journals and a regular speaker on psychedelics at congresses of the Polish Psychiatric Association.
He is a member of several scientific societies, including the Polish Psychiatric Association, the World Sleep Society, and the European Association of Psychosomatic Medicine, and has served as a consultant to the Polish Psychedelic Society since 2023. He teaches atSWPS University and lectures on psychedelic integration, sleep medicine, and insomnia treatment, including on the first university postgraduate programme on psychedelics in Poland.
