Mira Czutka

Mira is an engineer, organizational consultant, trainer, and author. She combines many years of international business experience with a strong foundation in personal and organizational development, as well as a deeply rooted spiritual practice. 

After studying textile and apparel engineering and completing a Master’s degree in Spiritual Theology in an interreligious context in Salzburg, she spent over 25 years working in various corporate environments. Since 2011, she has been working independently as a coach and organizational consultant. 

Her work is grounded in a wide range of trainings she has deepened and integrated over many years, including transactional analysis (MITA), group dynamics (ÖAAG), psychodynamic team and organizational consulting (MAP), and systemic constellation work. This foundation is complemented by embodied approaches such as Social Presencing Theater and her training in spiritual direction (Diocese of Innsbruck). 

Mira has practiced Zen for nearly 30 years and also works as a yoga and meditation teacher. 

She is particularly interested not only in the experience itself, but in how it leads to lasting transformation in people’s lives—seeing integration as the key.
