Lea Klausmann

Lea Klausmann, M.Sc. Psychologist, serves as a Program Manager at the MIND Foundation, supporting the team in advancing innovative mental healthcare through research, education, and professional training. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science in Psychology from Maastricht University, specializing in cognitive neuropsychology. Prior to stepping into this role, she gained clinical and organizational work experience, which she now applies to the coordination and development of MIND’s Human Development Program (HDP) and CEL Curriculum.Lea Klausmann is motivated by a keen interest in innovative approaches to helping people and by the wish to improve access, reduce stigma, and foster the science-guided clinical use of psychedelic therapies. Her key responsibilities at MIND include managing program administration and communication for the HDP and CEL programs, including applicant and participant support, as well as faculty coordination. Therefore, she largely oversees administrative and financial processes, contributes to marketing, helps develop training programs, and leads improvements in administrative workflows.
