Dr. rer. soc. Andreas Zeuch

As the new Head of APT Role Play Education, Andreas Zeuch builds bridges between MIND and the OVID Clinic Berlin, where he organizes patient management and also works as a therapist.
He has extensive experience in implementing the Standardized Patient (SP) concept at the University of Heidelberg. The SP concept has been an important and empirically relevant part of medical education, particularly in Anglo-Saxon countries, long before it was applied in Germany.
Andreas Zeuch also supports companies in establishing participatory leadership, genuine shared responsibility, and more effective decision-making processes through coaching, training, and transformation processes, with a focus on culture, structure, and processes.
