David E. Rubio, M.A.

David E. Rubio serves as Operations Manager at the MIND Foundation, where he is dedicated to fostering operational excellence and supporting the organization’s sustainable growth. 

He holds a B.A. in Communication from Iberoamericana University in Mexico City and an M.A. in International Management through a joint program between EADA Business School in Barcelona and HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. 

David brings international experience in technology startups across Berlin, Barcelona, and Mexico City. Throughout his career, he has specialized in building structure, improving efficiency, and strengthening processes within dynamic organizations. His professional interests lie at the intersection of technology, data, marketing, product, operations, and strategy. 

In his personal life, David is an active volunteer within meditation communities in Berlin, where he helps organize events, retreats, and weekly guided meditation sessions.
