As Director of Operations at MIND Foundation, Max oversees key operational functions and strategic initiatives, working closely with executive management to drive organizational growth.Prior to that, Max was an early employee at atai Life Sciences, an NASDAQ listed biopharmaceutical company developing mental health therapeutics. He also co-built atai's social venture arm, atai Impact.
With over four years of experience in the psychedelic field, Max has developed expertise in operations, strategy, communications, project management, and fundraising from both commercial and public benefit sectors.Max holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Sydney, where he majored in Philosophy, focusing on metaphysics, logic, and ethics.
