Marcin Gajewski
Head of Marketing and Creative Lead
As Head of Marketing and Creative Lead Marcin is in charge of MIND’s marketing and branding strategies and oversees all external communications. He holds a Masters in Fine Art from the Central St. Martins College of Art and Design as well as a Masters in International Management Creative Leadership from SRH Berlin School of Management.
Besides having founded an independent film festival in Shanghai, Marcin also brings nearly twenty years of film production experience to MIND. His own films have played at international film festivals and he has directed video campaigns for major international brands. He has lectured at Tongji University in Shanghai on storytelling and filmmaking for 8 years and continues to lecture and mentor on storytelling and concept development at various universities in Germany.
Marcin has been a life-long advocate for mental health awareness.
