B.Sc. Simon Schlundt

Simon Schlundt, B.Sc. in Psychology, is an intern at the MIND Foundation, supporting the Augmented Psychotherapy Training (APT) team. He earned his bachelor's degree at the Technical University of Braunschweig. During his undergraduate studies, he focused primarily on psychological didactics and pedagogy, gaining valuable experience as a student assistant and through various project work.

Currently, Simon is preparing for a clinical master's program in psychotherapy. He considers psychedelics to be a promising and effective treatment method, particularly for treatment-resistant depression. His goal is to actively contribute to this field of research to strengthen confidence in the scientific evidence and promote the future integration of psychedelics into the standard psychotherapeutic portfolio.

During his internship at the MIND Foundation, he hopes to gain practical experience that will lay the foundation for his future work in research and clinical practice. His main responsibilities include supporting the organizational planning and execution of the APT program as well as the APT intensive weeks.
